Glorantha™
Glorantha™ is a fantasy world created by Greg Stafford and first appeared in board war games such as White Bear and Red Moon (later called Dragon Pass). The current role-playing game set in Glorantha™ is HeroQuest® published by Issaries Inc.
In this section is some background information on my version of the Sambari Tribe of Sartar. This is not specific to any game system. There is also more detail concerning one clan within the tribe: the Roundstone Clan. There are also resources on other tribes in Sartar - the Lismelder and the Colymar including maps. HeroQuest is a descriptive game in which abilities are not closely defined and is designed for a more general resolution of scenes such as combats than that in the Halberd or Quick systems. The following rules allow games to be set in Glorantha™. They are therefore not complete systems for Glorantha™ - you will still need the HeroQuest® rulebooks to provide the descriptive background to the game. Instead they are supplements to allow games to be resolved using other game mechanics.
